Thanksgiving... give thanks buy local

Today I am preparing for Thanksgiving . Picking up flowers to make table arrangements for customers. As well as picking up ever greens to start decorating clients store fronts. I am pick up a small local duck from Applecheek Farm in Morrisville which is the first time I have cooked a duck , so I'll keep you posted.
