Weddings, Weddings, Weddings

Here at The Painted Tulip we are having a great wedding season . Reaching our busiest time for weddings.. fall. I wanted to post a few pictures from the summer. The Painted Tulip has joined Vermont Wedding Professional and we are very excited about it.

As the first gay men married in Vermont, Bill and I were not prepared for the outpouring of support and love we received from the people of Vermont. We recently fled Philadelphia where we became used to the typical abuses and offensive behavior that is a part of everyday gay life there.
But The Painted Tulip, particularly Nicole, are superior in their dedication to providing an absolutely beautiful environment for our special day. The flower arrangement that Nicole offer Bill and I, as a gift, was the most beautiful arrangement I have ever possessed. It is obvious that The Painted Tulip grows their own flowers as the careful cultivation of such delicate and awesome beauty can only be accomplished with loving hands. Our ceremony was blessed with the sweetest aroma and when we joined candles to light one to signify our union, our tears fell on those petals -- those beautiful petals!
We could never thank you enough for touching our hearts and helping to make our wedding so personal despite the media frenzy.
